About Me

I am Abdulaziz AlBashiri , a Saudi professional, and someone who is still learning, exploring, and asking questions.I have built a significant part of my professional experience in procurement, supplier relations, governance, capital optimization, and inventory management.

Over time, I came to realize that real growth does not happen only when we know more or achieve more, but when we become more aware; when we understand ourselves better, question our ideas, recognize our choices, and see our relationship with what happens around us more deeply. Because of that, my journey is no longer only a professional one. It has become a journey that brings together knowledge, awareness, and experience; developing what I do at work while also developing the way I think, live, and relate to myself, to others, and to life. The ideas of Dr. Salah Al-Rashed have had an important influence on this journey, especially in shaping my interest in awareness, understanding the inner self, taking responsibility for our choices, and seeing change as a journey that begins within the person. Alongside that, I continue to learn from books, work, people, experiences, mistakes, and even from questions I have not yet found answers to. Today, I am interested in areas that may seem different from one another: leadership, business, procurement, capital optimization, technology and artificial intelligence, awareness, self-development, thinking, and writing. But I do not see them as separate worlds. To me, they are all tools that help us understand better, choose more consciously, and create more meaningful value. That is where “مدها” came from. A simple idea I believe in: If you learn something useful, pass it on.If you come across an idea that expands your awareness, pass it on. If you create knowledge or a tool that may shorten the path for someone else, pass it on. That is why I created this website. Not simply as a résumé or a place to collect what I have written, but as a living knowledge space where I can document my journey and share what I learn, what I experience, and what I believe is worth preserving and extending to others. I do not claim to have all the answers. But I believe in the value of questions, learning, awareness, experience, and sharing. And perhaps this is what summarizes my journey better than any other definition: When what is within us changes, the way we see and shape the world around us changes too.
